At VectorZero, every product is individually assembled, tested and quality checked before leaving our workshop. This ensures each order meets our standards before it reaches you.
Build Time
As our products are built to order, please allow up to 10 business days for assembly, testing and dispatch.
We’ll always aim to ship your order sooner whenever possible.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the selected shipping method.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available), so you can follow your delivery.

Please note that delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are outside our control and may be affected by weather events, peak periods or other courier delays.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We’ll work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
