At NATO50, we take pride in designing and building quality products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
Please choose carefully before placing your order, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not functioning as intended, please contact us as soon as possible. To help us assess the issue quickly, please include your order number along with a description of the problem and, where possible, photos or videos.
Before arranging a return, we may ask you to complete a few simple troubleshooting steps. Many issues can be resolved without the need to return the product.
If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Products should be returned securely packaged and, where possible, include all original accessories.
Warranty
NATO50 products are covered by the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our products are also backed by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse, abuse or neglect
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Incorrect installation or use outside the supplied instructions
- Damage caused by unsuitable power supplies or accessories
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear
Where a product is found to be faulty, we will, at our discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, repair, replace or refund the product.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
