Indoor Use
Unless otherwise specified, VectorZero products are designed for indoor use only.
Do not expose your product to rain, excessive moisture or environments where water may come into contact with the device.
Operating Environment
For best performance, operate your product in a clean, dry and well-ventilated location.
Avoid:
- Direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
- Enclosed spaces where temperatures may become excessively high, such as parked vehicles.
- Areas with excessive dust, humidity or moisture.
- Placing the product near heaters, fireplaces or other heat sources.
Ensure any ventilation openings remain unobstructed during normal operation.
Power
Only use the supplied or recommended power supply and accessories for your product.
Using unsuitable or damaged power supplies may result in unreliable operation or damage to the product.
Do not use the product if the power cable or power supply appears damaged.
Placement
Place your product on a stable, level surface during operation.
Do not:
- Cover ventilation openings.
- Place heavy objects on the product.
- Drop or subject the product to excessive shock or vibration.
Unattended Operation
As with any electronic device, we recommend switching your product off when it is not in use or when it will be left unattended for extended periods.
Always operate your product in a well-ventilated environment and periodically check that it is functioning normally.
Cleaning
Disconnect the power supply before cleaning.
Use only a soft, dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth.
Do not use:
- Solvents or harsh chemicals.
- Alcohol-based cleaners.
- Abrasive cleaning products.
- Aerosol sprays.
Do not allow liquids to enter the enclosure.
Software
Where software updates are available, we recommend installing official updates provided by VectorZero to ensure the best performance, security and compatibility.
Installing unofficial or modified software may affect the performance of your product and may void your warranty.
Repairs & Modifications
Unless specifically stated, VectorZero products contain no user-serviceable internal components.
Opening the enclosure, modifying internal hardware or attempting unauthorised repairs may damage the product and may affect your warranty.
Children
VectorZero products are not toys. Keep products, power supplies and cables out of reach of young children.
Electrical Safety
Disconnect the power supply immediately if:
- The product has been exposed to water.
- The enclosure has been damaged.
- You notice smoke, unusual odours or excessive heat.
- The product has been dropped and you suspect internal damage.
Do not continue using the product until it has been inspected or the issue has been resolved.
Recycling & Disposal
Electronic products should not be disposed of with general household waste.
Please dispose of your product responsibly in accordance with your local electronic waste (e-waste) recycling regulations.
